Attention Nexon Passport Account Holders,
It has been brought to our attention that there have been emails going around trying to scam our players of their accounts. Please keep in mind that Nexon Representatives will never ask you for your password and pin. All official Nexon America Inc. emails are sent from *@nexon.net email boxes. Please be wary of emails requesting you to ‘verify’ your account information by forwarding it to an unofficial Nexon email address. Nexon Representatives will almost never ask you to verify your account information outside of the ticketing system. There are few exceptions to this rule but keep in mind all official Nexon America Inc. emails are sent from *@nexon.net email addresses. Please protect your accounts.
